ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Iconic Angel Beauty LLC does not accept order cancellations after the order has been shipped. ​

ADDRESS MISTAKE
Iconic Angel Beauty is not responsible for any insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer. Please double check all addresses before completing any orders. If an incorrect address was accidentally inputted into your order, there might still be some time to fix it prior to shipment. Please contact iconicangelbeauty@gmail.com to fix the address issue. Please realize that I get many emails a day, so state "ADDRESS MISTAKE" in the subject line of the email so that I can make it my top priority. ​
ORDER ISSUES
If the wrong item was accidentally shipped to you by mistake, please email iconicangelbeauty@gmail.com to fix the issue at hand. Include the words "WRONG ITEM" in the subject line, so that I will be able to see it immediately at first glance.

If there is an issue with any order that occurred months prior to the customer contacting Iconic Angel Beauty LLC, no action can be taken due to the long time frame period.

An insufficient address was responsible for this. Please double check all address information prior to completing your order. If you want your items to be reshipped, there will be an additional shipping fee depending on where you are located.
